Associate for LIFEGroup Driver Development (Steve R.) 30 Jun

Expectations:

• Oversee Collection and Distribution of LIFEGroup resources through the Cove

• Recruit and Oversee volunteers to serve in the Cove

• Compile monthly reports from LIFEGroup Drivers

• Schedule and Contact drivers for LIFE-Support meetings

• Administrate each of the quarterly LIFEGroup Summits

• Discover and Create resources for LIFEGroup monthly newsletter and LIFEGroup blog

• Function as a member of Spiritual Formation team

Accountability:

• The Associate for Driver Development will be accountable to the Spiritual Formation administrative team, and will report directly to the Pastor of Spiritual Formation

Associate for LIFEGroup Connections 30 Jun

Expectations:

• Oversee follow up process for first time visitors to Calvary

• Facilitate weekly Link-Up classes

• Assist interested individuals in connecting to existing LIFEGroups

• Seek out and develop relationships with “non-connected” people at Calvary

• Function as a member of Spiritual Formation team

Accountability:

• The Associate for LIFEGroup Development will be accountable to the Spiritual Formation team, and will report directly to the Pastor of Spiritual Formation
